✉ Email — Brevo Transactional API
Brevo requires an API key and a registered/verified sender. The API returns a message ID when the send request is accepted; final delivery can be tracked in the provider logs/webhooks. API keys are kept only in this browser's localStorage by this UI, so for stronger security use server-side environment/configuration.
🟢 WhatsApp — Meta/Authorised Business API
Use an approved WhatsApp template for business-initiated messages. Recipients should have opted in. Delivery/read status requires provider webhooks/status events. For production, keep access tokens server-side rather than exposing them in browser storage.
